Bio
Isabel Hernández holds a Degree in Chemical Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1991).
At the Centre d’Estudis Sociològics sobre la Vida Quotidiana I el Treball (Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work) of UAB, she advises researchers in applications for funding, mainly National and European research programmes, on the fields of employment, changes in the labour market, industrial relations and everyday life.
She provides support in project management covering financial, administrative and organisational aspects.
During her professional career she has gained more than 10-year experience in management activities in the framework of the main European research and cooperation programs, including the Framework Programmes (VI, VII, H2020), DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion calls, DG Justice calls, and Eurofound.
