Bio
Aidan Regan is Assistant Professor at the School of Politics and International Relations, and Director of the Dublin European Institute (DEI), at University College Dublin (UCD). Prior to UCD he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies (MPIfG) in Cologne, and a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence. He has a PhD in Public Policy from the College of Social Science, UCD, which was completed whilst working at the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Labour Studies (AIAS), at the University of Amsterdam (UvA).
His teaching and research interests are primarily focused on the comparative political economy of European integration, the welfare state, industrial relations, and the study of wealth and income inequality.
